All orders placed with a shipping destination outside of the United Kingdom will be sent using a tracked service to ensure that your order can be located at all times given the distance it may be travelling. We do not provide any other shipping option for international orders.
It is at the customers discretion to select the appropriate shipping option based on individual requirements. We will not be liable for any post that is lost or undelivered unless a tracked shipping option is purchased at checkout and courier error can be confirmed.
RETURNED TO SENDER
If your item is returned to Dead Inside Design due to incorrect address, postcode or any other contact information that is required, it is the customers responsibility to pay additional postage fees for their order to be resent. The customer may request a refund for their order minus shipping costs if the order does not contain custom/personalised items and they wish to no longer proceed with their purchase. If an item is returned to Dead Inside Design, the customer will be contacted directly to arrange appropriate solution.
